Join our Talent Pool for Learning Coach and Tutor Roles

Although we may not be advertising for a role that is of interest to you right now we’re always keen to hear from qualified, passionate and talented individuals. We welcome applications from experienced Learning Coaches, Tutors and Assessors as well as those that desire to enter the world of work based learning, who are able to show passion, inspiration and can contribute to our mission of “improving lives and economic success through learning and skills”.
As a Learning Coach or Tutor you will be responsible for a caseload of learners, where you will assess and support them to achieve their qualification.

We are currently supporting employers and learners primarily across North West of England but also nationally including London and the South, so we are keen to hear from potential applicants from various locations.

A willingness to work independently and ability to manage own workload is essential. Often our tutors will be centre based however our Learning Coaches are out and about on a daily basis, so use of a car is essential. You will be provided with all the equipment and support to enable you to work independently.

We are particular keen to hear from individuals who have experience as an Assessor, Learning Coach or Tutor or Assessor in the below vocational areas or who have strong occupational experience and are looking for a change of career in workbased learning. Some of our key vocational areas include:

Bus and Coach

Electrical

Construction

Automotive

Management

Human Resources

Digital and Social Media

Health and Social Care

Pharmacy

Accounts

Equine and Animal Care

Warehousing
