COVID-19 Update
We are currently still recruiting here at Total People, so if you are interested in applying for a role then please do so. We will keep applicants updated if anything changes.
Please note the vacancies are written not taking the current situation into account. So where a vacancy may refer to visiting learners in the workplace, this will be done remotely via skype.

Are interviews happening in-person or online?
Recruiting managers are responsible for coordinating interviews, they will be arranged by video conference.

What if I don’t feel well on the day of my interview or I need to self isolate?
Please do not worry, please contact the recruiting manager to reschedule.

If I have offered employment, what is the process for pre-employment checks?
Most of our checks can be done electronically, however we will need to witness ID, therefore we will make arrangements with you on the best approach, this could be via video call, electronically or postal.

If I take up employment with Total People, how will my induction take place, how will I carry out my work?
During the COVID-19 outbreak we will ensure measures are put in place to ensure your welfare. We are working with colleagues and Managers to ensure colleagues can work remotely where possible. This will also be the case for yourself, we will work with you and set you up so you can work from home, induction and meetings will most likely all be conducted via video conference and skype
